A liquid composition comprising a microcapsule, said microcapsule comprising an aldehyde-containing resin, wherein said microcapsule is a core in shell microcapsule comprising perfume raw materials; from about 0.0001% to about 1% by weight of said composition, of a non-sulfur-based formaldehyde scavenger, wherein said non-sulfur-based formaldehyde scavenger is urea; from about 0.001% to about 2.0% by weight of said composition, of a sulfur-based formaldehyde scavenger, wherein said sulfur-based formaldehyde scavenger is an alkali metal bisulfite; wherein said non-sulfur-based formaldehyde scavenger and said sulfur-based formaldehyde scavenger has a weight ratio of from 1:1 to 5:1; wherein said formaldehyde scavengers react with formaldehyde to achieve more than about 60% reaction completeness in about 15 minutes time at pH 8 and at about 21° C.; wherein said composition comprises anionic surfactant, and wherein said composition further comprises from 10% to 95%, by weight of the composition, of a solvent system, where the solvent system comprises water and C1-C4 alkanolamine. |
