A distance measurement means measures the distance from each measurement point to the construction gauge in the path of a railroad track. A range determination unit determines, on the basis of the measured distance, whether or not the measurement point falls within a predetermined range from the construction gauge. A ground feature determination unit determines whether or not the measurement point is a feature on the ground. A drawing means draws, in a plan view (18), among the measurement points, those that have been determined to be a feature on the ground by the ground feature determination unit, and, in side views (19, 20), those that have been determined not to be a feature on the ground. The drawing means performs different drawing processing for the measurement points that have been determined to fall within the predetermined range from the construction gauge, and the measurement points that have been determined not to fall within the predetermined range from the construction gauge. Thus, it is possible to easily confirm, over a wide range of the railroad track, the presence or absence of a structure that is close to or enters the construction gauge. |
