PURPOSE:To prevent the falling-off of projections being a lubricant and to achieve easy fitting due to the reduction of a contact area by fixing a large number of semispherical projections composed of a water-soluble polymer being a lubricant to the surface of a part on the fitting side of a rubber molded product being a base material through an adhesive. CONSTITUTION:A fitting rubber product such as an operation rubber glove is constituted by fixing a large number of semispherical projections 2 composed of a water-soluble polymer being a lubricant to the surface of a part on the fitting side to the skin of a finger of a rubber molded product 1 being a base material through an adhesive 3. As the adhesive 3, a melamine resin adhesive is employed. At the time of production, at first, the rubber molded product 1 having a desired shape is immersed in a water-soluble polymer fine particle suspension containing the adhesive 3 and, next, this molded product is heated at the softening point of the water-soluble fine particles. By this constitution, the projections 2 being the lubricant are strongly bonded to be prevented from falling off during use and the contact area to the skin being a fitting object is reduced to facilitate fitting. |
