The dissipater has a calories extraction element (1) for extracting calories emitted by an electronic component (10), and a tubular heat pipe element (3) provided in contact with the calories extraction element, where the tubular heat pipe element is made of copper and the extraction element is made of copper or aluminum. A thermal exchange unit (2) is in contact with the calories extraction element or with the heat pipe element. The thermal exchange unit is arranged such that exchange surfaces are oriented in a vertical manner. An independent claim is also included for a method for assembling a convective heat dissipater. |
