Provided is a method of using a specialized fungus source formed from an ectomycorrhiza under a natural forest, comprising: culturing a healthy forestry seedling, and performing a seedling mycorrhization technique thereon to obtain a mature mycorrhiza of a target fungus; carefully selecting a healthy mycorrhiza, and uniformly mixing, after cutting into an appropriate length, with a mixture of vermiculite, peat soil and sterile water on a proportional basis, so as to manufacture an inoculation fungus source used under a natural forest or for propagation of a mycorrhized seedling. The present invention not only can obtain a large number of fungi sources having a longer lifetime and higher inoculation success rate under a natural forest via artificial propagation, but addresses a problem of propagating a small number of mycorrhizal fungi which are not readily separated and purified. |
