摘要 Disclosed is an installation and connection structure of an outer wall and a crossbeam in an aluminium alloy house. A first frame (2) of an aluminium alloy wall panel, a second frame (20) of the aluminium alloy wall panel, an aluminium alloy outer wall panel (17), a C-shaped steel joist (15), a thermally insulated fire-resistant calcium silicate board (13) and an indoor decorative board (12) are combined into a modular assembled wall panel. The first frame (2) of the aluminium alloy wall panel and the second frame (20) of the aluminium alloy wall panel are fastened to an aluminium alloy crossbeam (1) by the modular assembled wall panel by means of fasteners. An aluminium fixation corner (9) for an aluminium alloy secondary crossbeam is arranged at the head of an aluminium alloy secondary crossbeam (8). The aluminium fixation corner (9) for an aluminium alloy secondary crossbeam, along with the aluminium alloy secondary crossbeam (8), is fixed to the aluminium alloy crossbeam (1) by fasteners. Water drainage holes (22) are arranged within the second frame (20) of the aluminium alloy wall panel. The structure is simple to connect, has a short construction period, and is convenient to install. Since the outer wall panel contains heat- and sound-insulating rock wool (14) and the thermally insulated fire-resistant calcium silicate board (13), the house has a good performance with regard to thermal insulation, heat preservation, sound insulation, and being waterproof and fireproof, etc.
