Disclosed is a method of switching terminals in audio and video communication, comprising: determining, by a cloud server, whether an account needing call transfer exists according to parameter information uploaded by each terminal under each account; if the account needing call transfer exists, selecting a terminal to be called according to the parameter information and/or preset information; and transferring communication data corresponding to a current call terminal under the account needing call transfer to the terminal to be called.
