sodium picosulfate; magnesium citrate; and at least one precipitation inhibitor, wherein the precipitation inhibitor is a carboxylic acid, an ammonium salt or a soluble anionic polymer; wherein the precipitation inhibitor is malonic acid or tartaric acid if the formulation does not comprise an ammonium salt or a soluble anionic polymer; wherein the formulation is in the form of an aqueous solution having a pH in the range from about 4.0 to about 6.5. |
