A method and a device for eliminating ghost, and a display. The method comprises: in the process of displaying video images, detecting, at every interval of P frames, sub-pixels for the duration of one frame to obtain aging information of the sub-pixels, P being a positive integer greater than 1 (101); acquiring compensation information of the sub-pixels according to the aging information (102); and compensating the sub-pixels according to the compensation information so as to reduce the grayscale attenuation of the sub-pixels (103). By detecting that, in the process of displaying video images, the sub-pixels for the duration of one frame until the aging information of all the sub-pixels has been acquired, such that the device for eliminating ghost can, at the time of displaying the frame corresponding to a video image, obtain the compensation information by means of computation and perform a compensation operation, it is possible to avoid the situation where standby is required in order to eliminate ghost. |
