Specifically, the present invention relates to a preparation method for a chip, the method comprising the steps of preparation of a film, obtaining of a substrate, modification of a base, and encapsulation of the chip; and the chip prepared according to the method, a kit, and application in sequence capturing and nucleic acid sequencing by utilizing the chip or the kit. The preparation method of the chip features a simple manufacturing process and low manufacturing costs. |
