The invention relates to a nutritive vaccine complex for exclusive use intra-ovum, to a method for producing the complex and to a method of use for simultaneous intra-ovum immunisation and nutrition of avian species, which complex represents an inventive solution in the field of poultry farming, being particularly useful in the harvest, immunological protection and nutrition of embryos of avian species, in particular broilers, more specifically in the field of use of vaccines and nutrients intra-ovum. A nutritive vaccine complex (C) was designed as a sterile aqueous solution having a neutral pH and osmolarity ranging from 450 to 600 mOsm, consisting in part of an activated vaccine (X), in part of a diluent (Y) and in part of a nutrient (Z), the nutritive vaccine complex (C) being loaded into a device for injecting substances intra-ovum, which when suitably set inoculates the amniotic fluid (li) inside an egg (Ov) with an embryo (Em). |
