Provided is a high-speed strip coating process comprising an unwinding device (1), a winding device (2) and a coating process area arranged between the unwinding device (1) and the winding device (2), wherein a strip (10) is conveyed through the unwinding device (1) and the winding device (2), and the strip (10) is approximately perpendicular to the horizontal plane when the strip (10) passes through the coating process area; the coating process area includes traditional strip coating processes such as cleaning, draining, deoiling, chemical coating treatment, drying, preheating, heating, spraying, gelling, solidification and cooling or other strip surface treatment processes; the board surface of the strip (10) vertically passing through the coating process area facilitates surface pretreatments, such as procedures of cleaning, draining, deoiling, chemical coating treatment, drying, etc., of the strip, and the implementation and application of powder spraying, especially in the cleaning and draining procedures, have very obvious advantages. The process can lower the control difficulty of the powder spraying procedure section, improve the powder adsorption rate and the spraying uniformity, and increase the speed of a coating production line. |
