A liquid crystal display device and backlight module (1) thereof. A backlight unit assembly (20) is disposed in a lower portion of a back frame (10). The backlight unit assembly (20) comprises a plurality of sub-backlight units (200) connected to one another with intervals. An optical assembly (30) is disposed in an upper portion of the back frame (10) and above the backlight unit assembly (20) with an interval. A plurality of dot reflection sheets (40) is respectively disposed above intervals (201) between the adjacent sub-backlight units (200) to reduce light reflectivity at the intervals (201) between the adjacent sub-backlight units (200), thereby reducing difficulty in flexing a light guide (210) in a curved-surface large-screen display, such that a quantum dot tube (232) can be applied in an ultra-large-size display to increase brightness and contrast of a backlight. |
