The present invention provides a resource occupation method, a device, and user equipment (UE). The method comprises: UE determining to occupy a first resource from a first time domain position; and the UE broadcasting notification information on a PSCCH at a second time domain location before the first time domain location, the notification information being used to indicate that the UE is to occupy the first resource from the first time domain position. By means of the present invention, the problem of a directly-connected-device system not being capable of guaranteeing an emergency service is solved, guaranteeing the transmission of the emergency service in the directly-connected-device system.
