[Problem] Provided are an information processing device, an information processing method, and a program that are capable of further improving the measurement accuracy of the three-dimensional shape of a moving body. [Solution] The information processing device comprises: a first acquisition unit that acquires three-dimensional shape information indicating the measurement result of a three-dimensional shape of an object; a second acquisition unit that acquires information indicating the motion of the object corresponding to the three-dimensional shape information acquired by the first acquisition unit; and a processing unit that processes the three-dimensional shape information acquired by the first acquisition unit on the basis of the information indicating the motion of the object acquired by the second acquisition unit.
