The invention relates to a centrifugal pendulum absorber (4) and a hydrodynamic torque converter (1) comprising a housing (14) arranged around the transmission input shaft (6), and an impeller (3) integrated into the housing (14).The housing (14) receives a turbine (10), arranged such that it can rotate with respect to the housing, a torque converter lock-up clutch (9) operatively arranged between the impeller (3), and the turbine (10), and optionally a torsional vibration damper (13) and a centrifugal pendulum absorber (4). In order to render the centrifugal pendulum absorber (4) less noisy and more robust, a stop damping element (50) is provided between the pendulum rollers (29) and the pendulum carrier (30). |
