A mechanical transport base, comprising a pair of rails (1), a plurality of rollers (7), and a base plate (2) and an air cylinder (6) provided at an upper end of the plurality of rollers (7). The plurality of rollers (7) respectively comprise a sliding block A inserted into and fitting with the rail (1), a fixed block (10) provided at an upper end of the sliding block A, and a pin column (11) connected to the sliding block A and fixed block (10). The sliding block A is inserted into and fits with the rail, and is provided with a columnar cavity B at a center portion thereof. The base plate is fixed to the plurality of rollers, and a guide groove (3) is provided horizontally on a side wall at one end thereof. The air cylinder is provided at the side of the base plate having the guide groove. An end of an air cylinder piston rod (5) is hinge-connected to a sliding block B. The sliding block B is inserted in the guide groove (3). The mechanical transport base performs movement by the air cylinder pushing the base plate along the rails. Since the rail has a curved shape, the sliding block A provided at a bottom portion of the base plate can rotate with the fixed block around the pin column, and thus can rotate around the curved rail. Further, different transport paths only require a change in the shape of the rails, and thus the invention has a simple structure and a reasonable configuration. |
