The present invention relates to the technical field of mobile communications, and particularly to an information transmitting and receiving method, and device, used for addressing a technical problem of increased system overheads when a UE feeds back to a base station an ACK/NACK corresponding to a downlink subframe. In an embodiment of the present invention, a terminal can use a first feedback mode to transmit to a network device feedback information with respect to a downlink subframe. In other words, a first codebook of the feedback information is determined by a real-time-scheduled downlink subframe set, that is, downlink subframes actually scheduled by the network device are fed back, thereby avoiding as much as possible feeding back downlink subframe information not actually scheduled by the network device. A number of bits included in the first codebook is less than a number of bits needed to be fed back by a terminal in the existing art, so that system overheads are considerably reduced as compared with the existing art. |
