Disclosed is a method and system for uploading an ultrasound diagnostic image. A method for uploading an ultrasound diagnostic image according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises the steps of: extracting an ultrasound image part from an ultrasound diagnostic image so as to generate an ultrasound image for upload; converting at least a part of ultrasound diagnostic image information corresponding to the ultrasound diagnostic image into text data so as to generate a hash tag; and uploading both the ultrasound image for upload and the hash tag to an Internet service.
