摘要 Provided are a wire rope flaw detection device having high flaw detection measurement accuracy that does not allow the amount of space between a wire rope and a probe to fluctuate and is thereby capable of accurately detecting the amount of magnetic flux in relation to the wire rope passing through a detection coil provided in the probe, and an adjustment jig used during the initial adjustment of the wire rope flaw detection device. This wire rope flaw detection device is provided with a buffer part that is provided between the probe and a connection part that connects, to each other, first and second position restriction mechanisms that are for guiding the wire rope and are disposed on both sides of the probe in the axial direction of the wire rope and is configured from a material that satisfies the condition that the natural frequency thereof is less than that generated by the first and second position restriction members during wire rope travel and is preferably larger than the frequency of the vibration component of the wire rope having the largest amplitude. During initial adjustment, the adjustment jig carries out position adjustment so that the wire rope is supported by the position restriction mechanisms without coming into contact with a probe guide groove.
