Specifically provided is a method for producing a thermoplastic polymer composition containing (a) a hydrogenated block copolymer and (b) a polyisobutylene having a peak top molecular weight (Mp) of 5,000-80,000 in terms of standard polystyrene as determined by gel permeation chromatography, which comprises the following first step and second step.
