The present invention prevents the execution of empty defrosting in which defrosting operation is started when no frost is present on an outdoor heat exchanger. This refrigeration device is configured so as to start defrosting operation for defrosting an outdoor heat exchanger (13) when, in addition to a first required condition being satisfied in which a state during which a continuous decrease in the temperature of an indoor heat exchanger detected by an indoor heat exchanger temperature sensor (33) continues for a first set time, a second required condition is satisfied in which a state during which a continuous decrease in the temperature of an outdoor heat exchanger detected by an outdoor heat exchanger sensor (23) continues for a second set time. |
