ELECTROFLUID SUPPORT PLATES AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREFOR, AND ELECTROFLUID APPARATUS

Electrofluid support plates (10, 20) and a preparation method therefor, and an electrofluid apparatus comprising the support plates (10, 20). The preparation method comprises steps of: providing a substrate (1); disposing a first amorphous fluorine-containing polymer layer (4) and carrying out hydrophilic modification on a surface thereof; disposing pixel walls (5); disposing a second amorphous fluorine-containing polymer layer (6), the second amorphous fluorine-containing polymer layer (6) covering overall surfaces of the pixel walls (5) and groove areas encircled by the pixel walls (5); filling the groove areas encircled by the pixel walls (5) with a protective material (7); removing parts, not covered by the protective material (7), of the second amorphous fluorine-containing polymer layer (6) at the tops of the pixel walls (5); and removing the protective material (7). The method avoids the problem of unattainable backflow of ink and the problem of reliability caused by a damage of a surface of a hydrophobic layer, and prevents a gap from being formed between the hydrophobic layer and the pixel walls (5), thereby resolving the problem of a short-circuit between the upper and the lower support plates (10, 20) caused by the gap between the hydrophobic layer and the pixel walls (5). The method can be applied to an electrofluid apparatus.
