A servo computer display and a control method therefor. The computer display comprises a base body (1) and a display main body (2). The display main body (2) is connected to the base body (1) in a manner of sliding forwards and backwards. A distance sensor (210) used for human face distance recognition is disposed on a front side of the display main body (2). A distance control module (320) is connected to the distance sensor (210). A method for controlling the computer display comprises the following steps: a distance sensor (210) on a front side of a display main body (2) of the computer display recognizes a distance between a human face and the display main body (2); and if the distance sensor (210) detects that the distance between the human face and the display main body (2) is greater or smaller than a set distance, the display main body (2) slides forwards or backwards until the distance between the human face and the display main body (2) is equal to the set distance. The display main body (2) has a servo function with the human face, which helps to protect the eyes of a user, prevents the eyes of the user from being shortsighted, and facilitates use of the user. |
