Disclosed in embodiments of the present invention are a single-molecule image correction method, device and system, and computer-readable storage medium, the method comprising: obtaining, according to a luminance value matrix corresponding to each of pixels of a first image, a first target reduced matrix corresponding to the first image, and obtaining, according to a luminance value matrix corresponding to each of pixels of a second image, a second target reduced matrix corresponding to the second image; performing a two-dimensional discrete Fourier transform respectively on the first target reduced matrix and the second target reduced matrix to obtain a first Fourier matrix corresponding to the first target reduced matrix and a second Fourier matrix corresponding to the second target reduced matrix; obtaining, according to the first Fourier matrix and the second Fourier matrix, an offset of the second image relative to the first image; and correcting, according to the offset, the second image. Thus, embodiments of the present invention can correct single-molecule images respectively shot at different moments. |
