The device has at least three working states, the first working state is that n chromatography columns (50) are connected in series simultaneously, and subjected to washing, elution and equilibration, the second working state is that n chromatography columns (50) are injected in series simultaneously, and the third working state is that the m-th chromatography column (50) of n chromatography columns (50) is subjected to elution, washing and equilibration and the remaining chromatography columns (50) are injected in series. The device can utilize the loading capacity of a single chromatography column (50) to the maximum degree, each chromatography column (50) can be eluted individually, the effect of utilizing the limited chromatography columns (50) to achieve the infinite loading capacity is achieved, the occupied space is small, the cost is saved, and the production efficiency is improved. |
