The device has at least three working states, the first working state is that n chromatography columns (50) are connected in series simultaneously, and subjected to washing, elution and equilibration, the second working state is that n chromatography columns (50) are injected in series simultaneously, and the third working state is that the m-th chromatography column (50) of n chromatography columns (50) is subjected to elution, washing and equilibration and the remaining chromatography columns (50) are injected in series.
