This radio communication device is provided with: a transmitting unit which transmits a signal to a plurality of destinations after waiting for a common waiting period set for transmissions to the plurality of destinations; a counter which updates a count value on the basis of delivery acknowledgment information from each destination in response to the signal transmitted by the transmitting unit; and an update determining unit which determines, in accordance with the count value, a settable range for the common waiting period to be set for transmission to the plurality of destinations to which transmission is planned. The transmitting unit uses the settable range determined by the update determining unit as the basis for determining the common waiting period for transmission to the plurality of destinations to which transmission is planned. |
