Tranilast drug intermediates 3,4-dimethoxybenzaldehyde synthesis method , comprising the following steps: equipped with a stirrer and a reflux condenser, the reaction vessel was added 0.16mol 4-hydroxy-3-methoxybenzaldehyde (2), 210ml sodium chloride solution, 0.56 mol potassium bisulfite solution, 230ml nitromethane solution, 0.23mol stannous chloride, controlling the stirring speed 130-170 rpm, added 0.19-0.21mol methyl ammonium sulfate solution (3), refluxed for 11-13h, reducing the temperature of the solution to 6--9 C, the organic layer was separated, washed successively with sodium carbonate solution, washed with saline solution, dehydrated with dehydrating agent, recrystallized from acetonitrile solution, got crystals of 3,4-dimethoxybenzaldehyde. |
