Actinic ray-curable offset ink composition and printed item obtained therewith

Provided is an actinic-ray-curable offset ink composition for food/medicine packaging materials which retains high curability without requiring the use of any light sensitizer, which contributes to high curability (high productivity) but is highly apt to migrate outward, and in which the monomers and the photopolymerization initiator are inhibited from migrating outward. This ink composition further has satisfactory adhesion to substrates.
