The present invention relates to a blue emulsion composition containing lecithin and sodium dilauramidoglutamide lysine, and skin care, body care, and hair care compositions including same. According to the present invention, the blue emulsion composition of the present invention provides consumers with a differentiated external appearance, and thus aesthetic beauty, by continuously maintaining emulsion stability and thereby maintaining a bluish hue in the emulsion for a long period of time. Moreover, by maintaining the small particle size of the blue emulsion for a long period of time, the blue emulsion composition may increase the moisturizing effect achieved due to fast absorption of the blue emulsion by the skin.
