Radioisotope fluorine-18 substituted thiamine represented by the following structural formula, a synthesis method therefor, and applications thereof. The radioisotope fluorine-18 substituted thiamine is synthesized by using an existing precursor, and a hydroxyl in the thiamine structure is replaced by 18F. The compound can be used to prepare a PET imaging agent, and can be used as a brain imaging agent for senile dementia and a PET tumor imaging agent.
