The present invention provides a server or the like in an information management support system that reduces the work load for a service provider and enables improvement in service provision efficiency. The server according to an aspect of the present embodiment includes a registration unit configured to store received input written information as history information of form history information stored in a storage unit and as history information of written history information, an extraction unit configured to extract history information on at least one item of a form that is generated for a service from the written history information stored in the storage unit, and a form output unit configured to cause a service provider side mobile device to output, along with form image information, an input possible area and/or an area in the vicinity of the input possible area displaying the extracted history information on at least one item of a form that is generated for a service so that a service provider can browse the history information. |
