[Problem] To provide an autonomously moving body and an operation system for managing the inside of a facility which are capable of contributing to a higher level of service for a user, a lighter burden for a worker, and improved maintenance management in the facility. [Solution] The present invention provides an autonomously moving body and an operation system for managing the inside of a facility which make it possible to carry out, much more effectively than to date, various kinds of management and maintenance inside a facility through coordination with at least one autonomously moving body that moves freely throughout the facility and constantly follows a facility user without ever losing track of said user. |
