The present invention achieves an increase in computing efficiency in an information processing device and an information processing system that include programmable logic. For this purpose, the information processing device comprises: an FPGA fabric unit FPGA_FAB; a configuration memory CRAM; a data monitoring unit CUNT; a config control unit CNFGC; and a CRAM controller CRAMC. The FPGA fabric unit implements a user logic circuit, and the configuration memory retains config data which define a circuit configuration of the user logic circuit. The data monitoring unit monitors the operation state of the user logic circuit, and the config control unit determines the need for modification of the config data on the basis of a monitoring result. The CRAM controller modifies the config data in the configuration memory on the basis of a determination result from the config control unit.
