PURPOSE:To obtain sherbet and ice cream by using egg as a main raw material. CONSTITUTION:Egg is put in a mixer together with water and mixed with water to afford a kneaded material. The kneaded material, sugar, condensed milk, water and corn starch are dispersed in water and put in a pan, mixed, boiled and then cooled and frozen under stirring. |
