Provided are a method and news display system for displaying news information according to a keyword, said method comprising: recording a keyword preset by a user and a specific news display area; according to the keyword, determining whether the news within a specific time period has been updated; if not, then annotating no updates in said specific news display area; if so, then displaying updated news content in said news display area. In the method, the user defines the keyword, then the system records the keyword defined by the user; when information is updated, the relevant updated news is placed in the preset display area; the user is able to conveniently search for content in which he/she is interested, while at the same time, the user is also able to promptly know of content in which he/she is interested, enhancing the user's online experience. |
