A light guide plate and display device, comprising a light guide plate main body (11) and a buffer layer (12) and a reflection layer (13) sequentially formed and integrated at a lower surface of the light guide plate main body (11). An upper surface of the light guide plate main body (11) is provided with plural scattering grid dots (100). The light guide plate is formed of the light guide plate main body (11) integrated with the reflection layer (13), and the light guide plate main body (11) is formed from a glass material, such that the strength of the light guide plate is effectively increased, eliminating a supporting metal back plate structure in the display device, and facilitating a reduction in the cost of light guide plate supporting components and increasing product slimness. Moreover, the reflection layer (13) is composed of a metal layer (13a) and a medium layer (13b) plated on the bottom of the metal layer (13a), providing the light guide plate with a very high reflectivity. |
