A signalling receiving method for a base station, comprising: setting the size of a receiving window of a reliable communication process of a base station according to the magnitude of signalling traffic between the base station and a controller; and when the base station receives signalling, controlling the enlarging of the receiving window according to the signalling processing capability of a CPU of the base station. The embodiments of the present invention associate the signalling receiving capacity of a base station with the signalling processing capability of a CPU, the signalling processing capability of the CPU restrains the signalling receiving capacity, thus restraining the transmitting capability of a source, which can smoothly control the CPU load of the base station; moreover, with the increase of CPU load, the traffic of signalling transmitted by the source decreases gradually, a mode of discarding signalling does not need to be adopted, and therefore, for a system, it is more smooth and more lossless. |
