A method for adjusting and controlling a temperature according to a pressure on a bed comprises: recording an air conditioner sleep mode preset by a user; detecting whether a pressure at a threshold is applied to a bed; when the pressure is applied to the bed, sending information to an air conditioning system; and switching the air conditioning system to a sleep mode. The present invention further relates to an air conditioning system for adjusting and controlling a temperature according to a pressure on a bed. |
