A radio frequency switch circuit and a radio frequency link are provided. The radio frequency switch circuit comprises: two PIN diode series-parallel circuits (11, 12) and two isolation circuits (21, 22); each PIN diode series-parallel circuit (11, 12) and an isolation circuit (21, 22) compose a radio frequency switch circuit on each side, so as to form a symmetrical radio frequency switch circuit; the PIN diode series-parallel circuits (11, 12) comprise two sets of PIN diodes, each set of PIN diodes comprising two PIN diodes connected in parallel, and the two sets of PIN diodes are connected in series to work as the switch of the circuit; the isolation circuits (21, 22) include two branches comprising PIN diodes, providing a reversed bias voltage for one PIN diode series-parallel circuit in working condition, and a positive bias voltage for the other PIN diode series-parallel circuit in non-working condition, so as to realize isolation. |
