Provided are a CIM system, a control method and a production informatization system. The CIM system comprises a comprehensive control device (100) and a comprehensive communication device (200), wherein the comprehensive control device (100) comprises an interface module (110) and a comprehensive control module (120), the interface module (110) being configured to receive a control command and confirm a controlled device targeted by the control command, and the comprehensive control module (120) being configured to obtain, according to the control command, a control instruction that can be identified by the controlled device, and then send same to the comprehensive communication device (200); and the comprehensive communication device (200) is configured to determine a communication protocol type between same and the controlled device, encapsulate the control instruction into a control message of the corresponding communication protocol type, and send same to the controlled device. The CIM system can improve the control efficiency on the controlled device.
