Provided are a pharmaceutical composition, as indicated by Formula (I), and an application thereof in preparing a tumor prevention drug, replacing a quinolone derivative or a pharmaceutical acceptable salt, and a prodrug molecule. The quinolone derivative, salt, prodrug and pharmaceutical composition thereof can serve as a protein kinase inhibitor, effectively inhibiting AXL protein kinase activity and cell growth, migration and invasion of a plurality of tumor cells, and being applicable to preparing a tumor prevention drug, and specifically, to a drug treating an excessive proliferative disease such as a tumor for human being and other mammals.
