A process cartridge (C) comprises a process cartridge housing (1) and a rotating member (20) installed in the housing (1). The rotating member (20) comprises a rotating body (22) and a power transmission apparatus (21) connected to the rotating body (22). The power transmission apparatus (21) comprises a power applying mechanism (211) and a power receiving mechanism (212) cooperating with each other. The power receiving mechanism (212) extends and retracts along the rotation axis (L1) of the rotating member (20) under the action of the power applying mechanism (211). Within a cycle in which the power receiving mechanism (212) extends and retracts, the power applying mechanism (211) applies different forces on the power receiving mechanism (212) within different time segments. In this way, barb portions are not needed at a position on a protruding portion of a flange cylinder (210) and near the opening of the flange cylinder (210), and the distance between the barb portions does not need to be precisely controlled either. Therefore, the manufacture precision requirement of the power transmission apparatus (21) is not high. |
