PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To connect an existing PC steel with a new PC steel, the existing PC steel that is disposed in an existing concrete member and integrated with an existing concrete member by adhesion acting on the periphery thereof.SOLUTION: An existing PC steel 11 is attached with a female cone 2 exposing an end part of an existing PC steel bar 11 disposed in an existing concrete member 10 and having a male screw 2a on an outer circumferential surface, a fixing nut 4 threadedly engaged with the male screw, a male cone 3 and a bearing plate 5, and the existing PC steel is pulled in an axial direction through the female cone. Thereby, a gap is generated between the female cone and the bearing plate, and the existing PC steel bar is fixed by tightening the fixing nut until coming close to the bearing plate. The male screw of the female cone is threadedly engaged with a first female screw 7a of a coupler 7, and a second female screw 7b is threadedly engaged with the male screw of the new PC steel bar 13. Then, concrete is cast in an area forming a new concrete member 12, and a tensile force is introduced into the new PC steel bar and fixed after hardening the concrete. |
