PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact and simple structured transmission signal processing device capable of handling a variety of switching of an input TDM signal and a packet.SOLUTION: The transmission signal processing device includes: a switch for switching a packet conforming to an MPLS-TP system; a TDM input IF unit for input processing of an input TDM signal; a TDM output IF unit for output processing of the TDM signal obtained by depacketizing the packet from the switch; a packet input IF unit for input processing of the input packet to feed to the switch; and a packet output IF unit for output processing of the packet from the switch. When a destination IF unit from the switch is the TDM output IF unit, the TDM input IF unit packetizes the input TDM signal to a packet having added channel identification information in the TDM output IF unit, so as to feed to the switch. |
