PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a small-sized metal-made impeller inexpensively.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of an impeller comprises: a powder filling process for filling metal powder 32 between a metal-made first base material 11 and a second base material 12 which are oppositely arranged; and a welding process for creating a molten pool 36 (molten product) by melting a part of the first base material 11, a part of the second base material 12 and a part of the metal powder 32 by irradiating a high-energy beam 22 toward the first base material 11, the second base material 12 and the metal powder 32 from the outside of the first base material 11 or the second base material 12 in a state that the metal powder 32 is made to contact with the first base material 11 and the second base material 12, and for obtaining the impeller 10 by integrally forming a vane part 14 between the first base material 11 and the second base material 12 by solidifying the molten pool 36 (molten product). |
