The present utility model discloses a panel lamp adapted to be mounted on a ceiling, the panel lamp comprising a bracket and a lamp assembly, the bracket defined by a circular plate, a pair of arms and attachment flanges extending downwardly from the outer ends of said arms, wherein the attachment flanges are provided with fixing slots to facilitate attachment with the lamp assembly. The lamp assembly includes a frame body, a back plate fixed on top of said frame body, and a lighting unit installed between the frame body and the back plate. The frame body is defined by a cylindrical wall, a circular flange inwardly extending at the bottom of said cylindrical wall, and a ring projecting on the upper surface of said circular flange, wherein said cylindrical wall having fixing slots arranged concentric to the fixing slots of said bracket to facilitate attachment thereof. The inner surface of the cylindrical wall that are adjacent to the fixing slots is provided with a pair of engaging grooves, each engaging groove being defined by a pair of locking ribs. The engaging grooves are adapted to receive the pair of attachment flanges of the bracket to facilitate secured attachment thereof. |
