PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charge pump capable of being formed from transistors with low breakdown voltage.SOLUTION: The charge pump uses a plurality of level shifters as means for switching ON-OFF operations of MOSFETs for transferring to transfer charges between a plurality of capacitors, and includes MOSFET M27, M28, M25, M26 for clamping in a level shifter S2 of at least a part of the plurality of level shifters to suppress a voltage applied to a gate oxide film of each of the MOSFETs in the level shifter to be less than a predetermined voltage. |
