PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing an organic film, capable of expecting manufacture of the organic film having a uniform film thickness when manufacturing the organic film by applying ink the viscosity of which is easily increased when drying it through a wet process, and a method of manufacturing an organic EL panel.SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing an organic film includes a first application step for applying first ink containing a first organic material and a first solvent and having a viscosity increase rate of not less than 3.3 to a first region in a base material, and a first drying step for forming a first organic film by evaporating the first solvent in the first ink under a first air pressure lower than the atmospheric pressure and drying the first ink. The viscosity increase rate is the ratio μ/μ0 of ink viscosity μ obtained when organic material concentration in the ink reaches two times as high as the initial organic material concentration of the ink before application to initial ink viscosity μ0 before application. |
