PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform a structural analysis by a tandem time-of-flight mass spectrometer in a state where a plurality of isotope peaks different in a mass-to-charge ratio is converged to one peak.SOLUTION: A bunching mechanism is provided between a first TOFMS and a second TOFMS. Inside of the bunching mechanism, an electric field is formed in a direction in which an incident ion is decelerated. The deeper an ion is incident in the bunching mechanism, the larger a flight speed is decelerated. |
